We run every sale as a project: from the price estimate to the handover, with one agent who keeps you regularly informed.
- Estimate and agreement. We inspect the property and its documents and propose a realistic price based on comparable sales nearby.
- Brokerage agreement. We sign a written fixed-term agreement, together with a price list signed by both of us. Without this agreement we are not allowed to advertise the property – that is the law.
- Preparing the documents. We check the land registry, cadastre, permits and energy certificate and help you sort out anything missing.
- Presentation. Professional photos, floor plan, video or 360° tour and a description in Croatian, English, German, Italian and Slovenian.
- Marketing. Our website, the RE/MAX network, Croatian portals (Njuškalo, Crozilla, Indomio, Realitica and others) and foreign portals for buyers from Germany, Austria and Italy – plus social media and our database of interested buyers.
- Viewings and feedback. We organise viewings and tell you the buyer's impression after each one.
- Negotiation and contract. We negotiate, check the buyer and prepare the preliminary and purchase contracts together with a lawyer and a notary.
- Handover. We help with meter readings, cancelling utilities and the tax return, if one is needed.
You pay our fee only once the contract we brokered has been signed – never in advance.
