What data we collect
- Data from the enquiry form: name, e-mail, phone, message and the property you are interested in.
- Data from the brokerage agreement: identification data, OIB, address, property details.
- Technical data about your visit (cookies), with your consent where they are not strictly necessary.

Recipients. We share data only with those needed for the transaction: the other contracting party, the notary, a lawyer, a bank and IT service providers (hosting, e-mail) under a data processing agreement.
Retention. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it is processed for – enquiries for as long as the communication and any cooperation last – unless the law requires longer retention (contracts, brokerage records, accounting).
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Send your request to complete@remax.hr; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
